Keep in a cool location away from direct sunlight or store in room temperature. Do not refrigerate.
Usage
Fresh Honey can be taken directly with water or juice. By no means do not brew or cook in high temperature as high temperature destroys its active enzyme.
Heat and steam will severely destroy active nutrients in honey such as enzyme and cause discoloration,taste change such as sourness and unpleasant aroma.
Crystallization
Stored honey may solidify and turn cloudy due to crystallization process. It is neither harmful nor an indication of deterioration in quality. Pure organic honey is packed at low temperature to maintain its colour and flavour. It crystallizes in cold temperature. To restore its form,heat the jar in a pan of hot water and stir.
